Growing up on a farm in El Salvador, I know a thing or two about good ol' hard work. Over the years in the US I've also learned a thing or two about working smart. My dad has been driving trucks for as long as I can remember. I picked up all your essential dispatching skills at early age, worked for some big freight brokerages and eventually embraced my entrepreneurial spirit to start this company in 2020. A company that aims to be fair to all the drivers,  and employees alike while tending to the needs of our shipper and receiver clients. A company built on honesty, transparency and good communication. We're not perfect and we know we will make mistakes but we strive to build a team and a system that leads with intentional effort and learns from every situation good and bad to keep improving and doing right by everyone who trusts us.
